Our story

Ironmarques started with a simple observation: anyone buying, selling or owning an American car in the UK has to piece together information from a dozen different places — Facebook groups, classifieds sites, forums, HPI checks, insurance valuers, club websites — with nowhere that brings it all together.

Having spent two decades in the automotive trade — and been genuinely passionate about American cars for just as long — the last eighteen months have been spent working directly and specifically in the American car market, learning how it actually works: how dealers price stock, what buyers worry about, and where deals go wrong. Ironmarques puts that knowledge into a set of free, genuinely useful tools, backed by an introducer service for anyone who'd rather have someone else handle the matching.

How it works

You submit your car's details and your own photos, we list it and match it against genuine buyers and specialist dealers in our network — including private buyers with an active want and dealers actively sourcing stock. When a match leads to a sale, you pay a simple introducer's fee — nothing upfront, nothing if it doesn't sell.

No giving up ownership, no forecourt fees, and no waiting on us to travel out and photograph the car ourselves — you stay in control of your car until it's sold.
